Physical merch (T-shirts, posters, CDs)
You can return unworn, unwashed, unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
- To start a return, email rebelgsocietyrecords@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s). We’ll reply with the return address.
- Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one. Original shipping charges aren’t refundable.
- Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of the return reaching us. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
- Need a different size? Tell us when you email and we’ll swap it if it’s in stock.
Final sale items
- Artist-signed CDs and other signed or personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
- Items bought with a clearance or “final sale” note.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund including shipping — no need to send it back unless we ask.
Music and digital downloads
Because music, individual tracks, mobile wallpapers and other digital downloads are delivered instantly and can’t be returned, digital sales are final once an item has been downloaded or streamed in full.
We will always refund or fix a digital purchase when:
- A file is faulty — it won’t play or open, is incomplete, or isn’t the item described — and we can’t provide a working replacement.
- You were charged twice or accidentally bought something you already owned.
- A charge wasn’t authorized by you.
- You haven’t used it yet — nothing from the purchase has been downloaded or streamed in full — and you ask within 14 days.
When a digital purchase is refunded, it’s removed from your Vault.
If you’re in the EU or UK: by completing checkout you ask us to deliver digital content immediately and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery (download or full streaming) begins. Your statutory rights for faulty content are unaffected.
Orders with discount codes
Refunds are for the amount you actually paid. If you return part of an order that used a discount, the refund reflects the discounted price of the returned items.
Canceling an order
Merch orders can be canceled for a full refund until they ship — email us as soon as possible. Digital orders are delivered instantly and follow the digital rules above.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can almost always sort things out faster. Access to purchases may be paused while a dispute is open.
