Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Rebel G Society Records (“we”, “us”) covering your use of rebelgsociety.com (the “Site”) and everything you buy on it. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
Who can buy
You must be at least 13 to use the Site and at least 18 (or have a parent or guardian’s permission) to place an order. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us, including your email address — it’s where your receipt and your sign-in links to The Vault are sent.
Your account and The Vault
There are no passwords: you sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Everything you buy — albums, EPs, tracks, wallpapers and other downloads — lives in The Vault at rebelgsociety.com/vault, where you can stream music you own in full and re-download your files. Keep access to your email secure; anyone who can open your sign-in links can open your Vault.
Orders, pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you’ve already paid for. Taxes, if any, are shown before you pay.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal. Your card details go directly to them — they never touch our servers.
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, a price was clearly listed in error, or we suspect fraud.
Previews are 30-second excerpts. Full-length streaming and downloads unlock only after payment.
Discount codes
Discount codes are issued at our discretion, have no cash value, can’t be combined unless stated, and may carry conditions such as a minimum order, an expiry date, a usage limit or one use per customer. We may cancel a code or an order that misuses one.
License for music and digital downloads
When you buy music (albums, EPs, singles or individual tracks) or digital downloads (such as mobile wallpapers), you are buying a license, not the underlying copyright. Rebel G Society Records and its artists keep all rights.
You may:
- Stream, download and keep copies for your own personal, non-commercial use on your own devices.
- Set purchased wallpapers as the background on your own devices.
- Make backup copies for yourself.
You may not:
- Share, upload, sell, rent, broadcast, publicly perform or distribute the files, or post them to file-sharing, streaming or social platforms.
- Use the music, artwork or wallpapers in videos, ads, games, podcasts, livestreams or any commercial project.
- Use the content to train or develop artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems.
- Remove or alter credits, copyright notices or metadata.

Merch
Colours and details of physical products may vary slightly from photos and between screens. Framed posters and signed items are produced in limited runs; each signed item is individually hand-signed, so signatures vary. Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.
Intellectual property
All music, artwork, videos, logos, text and design on the Site belong to Rebel G Society Records, its artists or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. “Rebel G Society” and “Trap Supremacy” are marks of Rebel G Society Records. Nothing in these Terms gives you any right to use them except as described above.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Site: no attempts to bypass payments or previews, scrape or bulk-download content, interfere with security, probe for vulnerabilities, send spam through the contact form, or use the Site for anything unlawful. We may suspend access for anyone who does.
Third-party links
The Site links to services we don’t control (for example Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and Instagram). Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it available and accurate, but we don’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that can’t be waived.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Rebel G Society Records isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Rebel G Society Records is based and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep the protections of your local law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; changes apply to orders placed after that date.
