Digital items — instant delivery
Music (albums, EPs, singles and tracks) and digital downloads such as mobile wallpapers are never shipped. They’re available instantly after payment in The Vault, and we email you a sign-in link. There’s no shipping charge on digital items.
Where we ship
We currently ship merch to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. If your country isn’t listed, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
Shipping cost
Shipping for merch is a flat $4.00 per order. The exact amount is shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped from the label within 3–7 business days. Framed posters are printed and framed to order and signed CDs are hand-signed, so they can take a little longer during new releases and busy periods.
Delivery and tracking
When your order ships, we email you a “your order is on its way” note with your carrier and tracking number. Typical transit time after dispatch is 3–7 business days within the US and 7–21 business days internationally, depending on the carrier and customs.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These are set by your country, aren’t included in our prices, and are the recipient’s responsibility.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away — we can update it before the order ships. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address can be re-sent for the cost of shipping.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If tracking hasn’t moved for 10 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery (with photos for damage). We’ll work with the carrier and, where appropriate, send a replacement or refund — see our Refund & Return Policy.
